Help Desk Service

Nextstep runs a Help-Desk service that responds to technical questions regarding our products and solutions.

Customers may contact our Help-Desk and submit a question or a request by email or telephone.

Help-Desk service covers all technical and non-technical issues the customer may encounter when working with Nextstep products.

Help-Desk service is provided by professional engineers with a deep understanding of Nextstep Networks products, and vast experience in customer service.

Help-Desk service is available from any of Nextstep’s Service & Support Centers 5 days a week during standard working hours.

Most service requests to the Help-Desk are solved by remote assistance: telephone, email or remote logon to Nextstep products.
On-site support is available in cases where the Help-Desk fails to resolve the issue remotely.
